A Profile of Attorney Desiree de Moya
Lawyer in Rockland, Westchester and Orange Counties, New York
At the office of de Moya & Associates, I have handled divorce, family law, bankruptcies and immigration matters for over 25 years. I provide personal and professional counsel to every client, taking the time to build a strong relationship so that I thoroughly understand a client’s unique legal needs and objectives. While I advocate for my client’s rights, I’m also very realistic and acutely aware of the emotional, physical, and financial toll litigation has on a client. I’m here to help, not bury my client in legal fees, or make an already difficult situation worse. I will not take a case unless I’m prepared to give it my full attention and commitment.
My goal, with every client, is to become the "family attorney," the attorney you can turn to when a legal issue arises. Because of my commitment to personal and professional service, my willingness to listen without judgment, and to offer practical solutions, over 90% of my clients are referred by existing or former clients.
