Family Law and Divorce
I represent individuals at all stages of a divorce, separation or other family law matters, from the decision to file through requests for modification or enforcement of court orders. I handle all matters related to divorce, such as custody and visitation, child support, alimony and the equitable distribution of marital property. I also prepare prenuptial and separation agreements. For more, see my family law and divorce page.
Chapter 7 Bankruptcy
I work with individuals who want to permanently discharge debts through bankruptcy, helping you determine whether you qualify for protection under Chapter 7. I will carefully explain which debts can and cannot be discharged, as well as which assets you can keep, so that you can make an informed decision as to whether Chapter 7 is right for you. If you choose to file Chapter 7, I will prepare and file required documents and represent you in all court hearings or meetings. Visit my Chapter 7 bankruptcy page to learn more.
Chapter 13 Bankruptcy
If you fail to qualify for Chapter 7, I can still help you stop foreclosure and creditor phone calls by reorganizing your debts under Chapter 13. I will help you put together a reorganization plan and will review and proposed repayment agreements from your creditors to ensure they are in your best interests. For additional information, go to my page on Chapter 13 bankruptcy.
